70 Degrees!

Now this was a very beautiful day!  We started off in the high 30s and ended up at 70.

Little Wonder and Sid enjoyed some outside time.....
while Gary was planting some shallots.
It did not take long for the temperature to rise.

I took it easy after doing some laundry and eventually got into the shower as I had a 3:30 appointment with a new dermatologist.  Mine went to another practice so today I met Dr. L., who Gary and Jenny have been going to for years.  Before leaving I gave my feet a good soak in ice water.  I swear, my body is falling apart all at once.
While I was gone, Jen called and asked us to come to dinner for  pizza.  Large with one topping....10 bucks at the Rooster.  So I made a salad,
gave Little Wonder some outside time....

and off we went.  He always goes with us when we go to Jenny's.
Finn was able to join us.

After dinner we reviewed our picks for March Madness that we made when Stephanie was here.  She picked 3 out of 4 in the finals.  Such a smartie!

We loaded LW in the car and were home by 7:30.
Night all.

I Took The Day Off

Did not get off my butt long enough to get some decent photos today.  Went to Wegmans, Jenny came up to help Gary move the rest of his piles in the front yard (he had over 16,000 steps today), watched "the Agency" (Paris based real estate firm), made a good dinner (soft shelled tacos), put some heat on my back and blah blah blah.  The temperature ranged from 29-52.

And that's all she wrote.
Night all.

Rochester and the surrounding communities had so many people participating in NO KINGS DAY!
Looks like it might be more than 9 million across the nation....wouldn't that be nice?  Did you see how many people turned out in England?
There were some interesting signs all over FB.

Do Something

No Kings Day and we participated.  Did you?
Before going to Hamlin this afternoon for the protest (in the past we went to Batavia three times) I had to take a shower and give Little Wonder a long warm rinse.  I had to put a leash on him to get him in there but he was totally cooperative.  Used a couple of towels on him before the hair dryer and he was not so thrilled with that.  Hmmmm.  He has only been going to the groomer for 10 years.  Afterward he took a seat with Gary.

Around 1:30 we were leaving and wouldn't you know that it started to snow.

As we got closer to Brockport it cleared up.
We arrived right at two and there were already a lot of people lined up in front of the Town Hall.
First I walked the length of the line and took a ton of pictures along with a video.   Here is the shortened version.  This is a very small town and I was very impressed with the turnout.

It was around 33 degrees and with the wind it felt like 12.  So cold!!!!!
I took around 70 photos and just picked out a few for this post.

Dinner was easy.  Leftover chicken and gravy.
Night all.

PS
I can't wait to see how many people participated today.  From what I have seen so far, it looks like we will be way over 7 million. (Last Rally). Regardless of party, it's up to all of us to care about the future of this country and the kind of life our children and grandchildren will have.  In my humble opinion, the current administration does not seem to care.  In some way.....we all have to participate to get our planet back.
