Warm enough to switch blankets.
Class at 10:30.
I'm getting lazy! AND, our Town Board Workshop was cancelled tonight
as we were told there is nothing on the agenda.
Dinner.....
A salad with mixed greens, apples, craisins, crumbly blu and candied walnuts.
A cauliflower casserole... cauliflower, onions, carrots, celery, cheese sauce,
topped with peas and hard boiled eggs.
Decided to serve it on a piece of toast for a change.
Delicious.

We actually had some snow at the farm last night. But it's not that cold. That salad looks delicious!
