Off to a very slow start....
Most of the snow has melted and the front paddock is a disaster.
Little Wonder found a patch and still thinks it is ice cream.
Our recent weather has left these leaves (that were once green) beautiful shades of "blond."
When I got back to the house, Sophie was checking out the kitchen. Every time I ask her to come in she runs for the cellar as she thinks Wonder is going to chase her. The only way I can get her in the house is to pick her up before she escapes.
A little after 10 Gary drove me into Rochester
so I could pick up my new Ukulele at Bernunzio Uptown Music.
It took only a short time to get the buttons put on it and I picked up a strap and soft case.
The entire day was
very
dreary.
We got back to the farm
just in time to have a turkey sandwich.
After that, I played my new uke for awhile with my butt to the fire.
Something about that heat makes me very sleepy.
It was nap time and Little Wonder sacked out right along with me.
Surprise, surprise. We had leftovers for dinner.
Night all.
