A Breath of Fresh Air

A very different 4th of July for America.

Last night Gary and I stayed up until 1:30am talking to Ariana and Kurt. Time flies when you are having a good conversation with people you don't get to see very often.  Needless to say we were all very tired this morning.  I was the first one up and there was an absolute downpour.  (Over half and inch in about 20 minutes).
We had breakfast and then Ariana and Kurt had to leave for the airport in Buffalo.  Fortunately it had stopped raining by then.
Little Wonder was weird....he did not want to go out and he showed no interest in his breakfast or carrots.  Eventually I did get him to do everything....except for eating his carrots.

The temperature was closer to 80 today, which was quite an improvement.  However, the annual Morgan Manning 4th of July celebration was cancelled due to the weather.  Last year it was packed.  Don't remember not celebrating there for decades.
I took a couple serious naps this afternoon, then went with LW for a little stroll out to the back 40.

Got to the house just before it started to pour again.
There was an absolute change in the temperature (and humidity) so at 7:40 I decide to hit the road for ride #20.
I sure don't get the same light quality in my video when riding this late in the day.
So done. I plan to open some windows tonight.
Night all.
