You Win Some You Lose Some

Gary was off to Batavia by 8:15 to meet friends for breakfast. Little Wonder and I were off to our usual slow start.

I had to pick up some stuff at Wegmans for Sunday dinner, when we celebrate Jenny's birthday and Father's Day.  Gary was back at it in the gardens.
Very weird that this showed up on my phone.  I don't remember taking it.  Worth posting tho, as I am looking forward to the opening of the Obama Presidential Library tomorrow.  Totally in awe of what has been created....from the library to the playground and parks. So well planned and truly made for the community to share.  All of the artists listed below are honored to support Obama, unlike what happened in Washington.  By the way, for me....that was one disgusting event.  Who else would want to celebrate their birthday watching people trying to brutalize each other.  Just another distraction so his handlers can keep doing things in the background....like trying to stop the election process.  Fortunately, there have been a few signs of hope taking place.
I was not in a dinner making mood again.
Ended up sautéing peppers and onions....added chopped tomatoes....then some cubed boiled potatoes....and finally....
eggs.

When it was almost done, I added some cheddar cheese.
Took a little break.
These flowers had fallen over, so Gary brought them in the house.  So beautiful.

Breakfast for dinner.
By the way, our friend running for Village Board lost....BUT they were not able to dissolve the Village Court.  It was quite a battle.
Night all.

Thanks for reporting the outcome of the village court vote. Years ago I attended it for a parking ticket at Morgan Manning fall sale and parked wrong on side street. It’s too busy in your village with college to eliminate it and expect the town to absorb extra work load. Kathy
