In the Studio Again

A high of 87 and muggy today.

Once I got going, the first thing I did was to pick some leaf lettuce and strawberries.

So far we have picked almost 4 quarts.

Turned on the air conditioner in the Studio so it would be cooled off by 1pm.

Today Darryl and John joined me.  Instead of using my bass, Darryl brought his own and a new portable amp that was fantastic.  We messed around with many songs that were easy to play.  Like "16 Tons," "Abilene," "The Lucky One" and many more. After an hour I noticed that Darryl's bass matched his clothing.  He did not plan it that way. Hopefully Gary will be at our next session.  We have missed him and Nancy.

Little Wonder spent most of his time on the cool cement floor.

I had not played my uke in awhile....felt good.

Before dinner I delivered some lettuce and strawberries to Jenny.

Little Wonder went with me.

Dinner?  Open faced meatball sandwiches (on Naan bread).

The lettuce from our garden was delicious.

LW enjoyed some of my crust.
