A SHOWER FOR ADAM AND BETSY

Gary has been working closely with the Alumni House Board at SUNY Brockport for the past couple of years, and has become very close to Adam and Betsy who are both a very big part of it's revitalization (they are having their first child).  This afternoon a baby shower was held for them at the house.  We were late as I had a dentist appointment 20 miles from here and did not get home until 3:45.  Nothing to wrap the gifts in, so we put them in a feed bag tied with baling twine (that good old farm flavor).  Easy to pick out in the pictures.  Our friends Helen and Mel were there and I try to get their pictures whenever I have a camera.
Lots of presents.

Hi Lori!
That's a great Idea to wrap a gift in a feed bag! It's so green too!

Welcome to the baby !
the house is very beautiful. It seems to be a wooden one.
How many times do the owners of a wooden house paint it ? (Once a year, once each two years ?)
Here, we paint shutters once a year.
The sun erases the colours in a year.
