Spa Day and Out To Lunch

It felt pretty cold this morning, but no frost.

The view from Rebel's window was pretty dramatic.

After chores I mulched a ton of leaves on the south side of the driveway.

Seymour chose his favorite spot to nap again.

Alice arrived at 10 for spa day and the boys were ignoring us.

I could tell that Rebel wanted to roll and he did.

We had to bribe them to come in.

Buddy and Rebel were sweethearts today and enjoyed their time with us.  Turned them out and we went down to Barber's for lunch.

I had just enough time to go home and head back to Brockport for a stop at the bank and an appointment with the massage therapist.  I really needed it today.  Started a fire when I got home and caught up on the latest news.  I watched part of DT at Madison Square Garden last night and was totally disgusted.  The fallout today was what I expected.  What a collection of AHs spoke.  He insulted everyone that was not white and the usual threatening statements were sick.  And of course, much of what was spewed was lies.  Today, there was a lot of support for Puerto Rico.  They must have forgotten that they can vote.  

Chores at 6:15.  No pink sky tonight.

To the West,  the sunset was looking pretty good

Leftover Alfredo Lasagna soup for dinner....

along with a salad.

So easy and so good.

29 Degrees This Morning!

We were off to a very cold start.  Fortunately I was greeting by a beautiful blossom before going out.

There was ice on the car windshield.

Of course we are absolutely loaded with more fallen leaves.

Seymour spent half the day snoozing.

We went down to the community Center and voted at 9:30.  We had to stand in line for 30 minutes and yesterday people waited for an hour.  Hopefully this will continue.  It appears that more young people are showing up and that would make my day.

While we were waiting for the Bill's game to start, LW and I watched a movie.  "Toscana."  It was pretty sweet!

The game is still going on and the Bills are ahead.  They are looking pretty good today.

There was some good light late afternoon.

Tucked the boys in at 6:15.  Man!  Next weekend it's going to be very dark by then.
