Sunny all day, but it stayed under 50 degrees.
At 10am Kathy and Mike (own the farm where Buddy is boarded) came over to pick up the rest of the hay I donated to the cause. I still have some downstairs that is not good, so we will get rid of that one way or the other. All that is left is about 30 bales I'm giving to Andrea.
Little Wonder went right up to Kathy and wanted to be her friend. He usually is very wary of new people and she is going to be a keeper.
While Gary worked his butt off in one of his gardens, my buddies and I cooled it.
At one I picked up my friend Alicia so we could go shopping for the charcouterie boards I am putting together tomorrow. We were given $500 by Wegmans for this event and had a grand time finding what we needed. I brought home four bags and Alicia kept 3 at her house. I will start prepping tomorrow with Jenny's help and will put the boards together when we get down to Whitehall Mansion (where the event is being held). This is an informational/fundraising event for the Morgan Manning House (historical landmark) that was nearly destroyed in a fire over a year ago.
Home around three....ready for a nap. These to were waiting to get on my lap.
Salad and leftover ham and scalloped potatoes for dinner.
