Today I got up before 7 and the sunrise was beautiful.
Last night we got all kinds of warnings on my phone for heavy rain and lightning. It was pretty wild out there and everything was wet this morning.
I went back in the house and had the usual routine with Little Wonder and Sidney.
I had a small burst of energy....did some laundry, changed the sheets, started cleaning out a closet
and went for a trike ride.
At one I was down at the library for bridge. Came in third. It was Andrea's birthday and Ann made her a delicious cake.
Back home at 4:30. Fortunately I had made a batch of sauce and meatballs before leaving.
Check out these strawberries ....they are really starting to grow.
I saw a comment the other day that really cracked me up.
"Someone told me to put horse manure on my strawberries and I'll never do that again. I'm sticking to whipped cream."
I never remember the name of this plant, but the blossoms are showing up all over the place
Gary was putting grass clippings on his raised beds....the onions and garlic are taking off.
After the daffodils, the tulips are going to appear.
Pasta and salad for dinner.
I need a nap.
