Not too bad out there today. Got up to 38 degrees with rain on the way much later tonight.
I had to wake Little Wonder up to go out with me for morning chores.
Steph and Bandit were waiting for us when we got back in the house.
I had the ingredients for lasagna soup and had to use them, even tho we were not going to eat it today.
We are going to be set after Christmas Eve! All day long I was sure it was the 24th tomorrow.
Steph had made a trip down to Wegmans as she had also planned on making a special soup for dinner tonight. As soon as she got back we had lunch and then it was time for her to make cookies.
She did something I have never seen before. When she took them out of the oven she used a glass to make them all the same size!
We took break for awhile, then LW and I went for ride to Brockport so I could pick up something for Gary.
By then it was after 3pm.
Chores at 5. It was still really nice outside.
Almost every night (lately) the sky to the East has looked like this.
Here's the soup Steph made. Creamy chicken/Mexican topped with tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, cheese and tortilla strips. Squeezed on some fresh lemon and WoW! So delicious! She sure knows how to cook!
