Home On the Range Tonight

All kinds of weather today that included snow, wind, sunshine and the temperature made it to the high 20s.

After chores Gary and I did a few things around the house and then he had an appointment with his Primary Physician to review his recent trip to Strong.  He came home feeling much better and thought what she had to say was just what he needed.

After having their flights delayed in Las Vegas....somehow Ariana and Kurt were able to make up the time with a shorter layover in Detroit.  They got here right on time and that's pretty amazing considering the weather.

So great to meet Kurt.  We have many interests in common....like music.

Seeing that they were up al night, they spent the afternoon trying to get some sleep.

While they were doing that, we got about four more inches of snow.  Fortunately, Ariana and Kurt rented a four wheel drive jeep.

After a quiet afternoon, Gary got out the snowblower and worked on the driveway.

The horses were put in at 5.  They were outside all day, covered with snow.

Little Wonder did not go out until I got back from the barn.  Still snowing.

Ariana and Kurt went down to Jenny's for dinner and some games.  Not a lot of New Year's Eve celebrating out of the house.  We are relaxing by the fire.  Happy New Year!
