Spooky

Looks like we are going to be in the 50s for the next 10 days.  Fine with me.

Had a surprise when I went out to the barn this morning.  Neither horse had touched their hay and it looked like they were not in their stalls at all.  The night before they were on high alert and must never have gone in.

As per usual, they were soaking up the sun next to the grooming room.

I took the hay nets out of their stalls and set it up in the sun.  They ate it, so it must not have been the taste that they did not like last night.

Alice arrived for Spa Day at 10.
She set up the boys while I put up a couple fence boards.
The sky was outrageous.
Rebel was his usual perfect self and Buddy was wired.

We are going to miss Alice, as she is going to take a break for awhile.

Around 4 Little Wonder and I took a ride over to Heritage Bell Farm to pick up a couple loaves of Karina's outstanding Challah bread.

The clouds were still very dramatic.
Evening chores early again.
Rebel was all set for dinner, and Buddy was still out in the pasture.  I have no clue as to what is going on with that boy.

He finally came in.
Had some fresh spinach I wanted to use up and made Naan bread pizzas tonight.  Never get sick of them.

Night all.

Hope Buddy is okay since his behavior isn't quite normal for him.
Wishing Alice a relaxing time away. Know all of you will miss her.
Our highs will be in the 60s*F for the next week and down into the upper 30s*F for the lows by the weekend.

Hugs!

Did you ever figure out why the hay wasn't eaten? That seems so strange!
