The boys were waiting for me in their usual spot.
A lot of crunchy leaves are on the ground, but there are still many in the trees.
A little after 10 I left for Brockport to stop at the Smagorinsky house, where they were having a sale. The house has been sold and there were many items left up for grabs...mostly art and pottery. This was my favorite find, and it will always remind me of my friend Helen, who passed away a few years ago. It definately spoke to me!!!!
From there, I went to my appointment with the cardiologist. Of course the first thing they did was take my blood pressure and it was not too bad. Fortunately the Doctor was able to get my results from the prior 24 hours. The bottom number was always good, but the top fluctuated a fair amount and he would like it to be down a few more points. So, now I am going on 1 mil. of another med and will see if it takes me down more. Will go back at the end of January. I'm just glad it's over and hopefully it will be fine.
Little Wonder had a wellness check at 3:30 (loved the car ride of course)
and he was a very good boy.
Home around 4:15 and picked more apples off the ground. I'll have to get a ladder over there so I can reach the good ones left on the tree.
I had 1 piece of chicken leftover last night and topped off our salads for dinner....big salads.
Chores at 6:15.
Good light again.
After eating his grain....buddy decided he would rather have more grass than hay.
Night all.

Good news, altered meds can sometimes just be the answer.
I like that round little horse you bought, to remind you of your friend. Is it pottery? Your horses are living their best life, I can tell. They are happy with you.
I love the roly-poly horse. In some ways it reminds me of the Thelwell pony books I enjoyed as a kid- but oh, so much more sophisticated!
My docs have only really paid attention to my diastolic numbers - perhaps my systolic numbers are in a better range than what the tests showed yours to be. I hope it all works out well,
