The inside of the barn was even dark after I cleaned the stalls.
Alice arrived at 10 and the boys were waiting for Spa Day.
They were both filthy....full of sand from rolling in the indoor.
Alice worked on Rebel first and Buddy did not like that.
How's that for dirty???
The floor was gritty by the time they were finished.
I did not get enough sleep last night and took a good nap this afternoon. Chores at 5.
We had a little rain, but the boys were not hardly wet.
Got them tucked in and I'm ready to get back by the fire.

The mules have a sandy area that they roll in when they get wet. The sand helps pull the moisture to the outside of their hair and makes them feel dry. It is nature's way with them.
I bet they sure love their spa days.
Mine line up when I appear with a brush. :)
Those boys certainly appreciate Alice. Including LW. It's sunny, windy and brisk here.
