The change in seasons is a prime time for heating with wood...and we had no choice yesterday and today. My class was starting at 1:30 pm and the furnace was still not working. Gary started fires in the kitchen and living room and by the time my students arrived the downstairs was toasty (it could not have been 50 upstairs). Fortunately it was repaired by 3 pm. Tonight I will veg on the couch in the kitchen and fall asleep trying to catch a show.
