HARVEST IN JULY, PLANT IN OCTOBER...

Gary has been preparing the ground, and today he actually started planting garlic.  He will put in about 3000 cloves.  Last year he started planting to the south of the indoor arena as it is a protected area and the water off the roof would automatically water the plants.  The fields next to this area look so different without the soybeans.
