Another grey, dreary day. Some melting....then more snow. Got up at 7:30 and a little after 8 tuned in to the US/Canada Hockey game. Don't know a lot about it, the rules etc. and only watched it off and on. Two great teams. Sidney and Little Wonder kept me company.
Unfortunately, LW keeps waiting for me to go out to the barn. I'm sure I will be more active when the snow disappears. For now, he only stays outside for a few minutes.
Gary left for Brockport a little after 1 for the Winter Serenades concert. Today it was "Love Songs for Grownups." Alan Jones and Cindy Miller. "Wild Again Beguiled Again."
I watched it on my iPad and Little Wonder was listening.
When Gary got home we went down to 58 Main for dinner. I wanted to try their pork egg rolls and they were very good.
Our friend, Jackie, sent Gary home from the concert with a plant for me on behalf of Rebel. So many thoughtful friends.
It's not even 8 o'clock yet and LW is ready for bed.
Night all.
PS
Now that I have had a few days with my world changed, I am trying to think of what to do....something that would have purpose and keep me busy. Tuesdays I have music. Thursdays I play bridge. Normally, I would get in at least 7,000 steps each day (if not more) and now I barely reach 3,000. That's a huge change. Have to seriously think about my options as I am not used to hanging around for so many hours.
Thank you for being there for me. I have heard from so many people.

When the time is right the purpose will come to you. So hard after being occupied with ponies for those many years. We have seldom been without a cat or two or five, now just one, and he adds so much to each day.Do your art classes start again soon? Down here mornings are so dark already, today is one of the three hot days in our summer!!!
