Taking it Easy

I'll take sunshine and the 60s any day.  Love it.






This easy stall cleaning is making me very happy.  Why did I not let them stay wherever they wanted at night a long time ago?


Spent some time binging on a Netflix series and managed to pick a few raspberries along with some apples that have fallen on the ground.  There are hundreds and hundreds on the tree.  They just need to get bigger, and they are so delicious.


I was not in the mood for leftovers so we had a tomato salad,
a roasted potato salad that you all need to try....

(Cut up (don't peel) a couple of pounds of potatoes stir in a little oil and roast them.  In a bowl, mix 6 TB. of olive oil, 1TB of balsamic vinegar, 2 TB of red wine vinegar and 2 tsp. of dijon mustard.  Add a little salt.  Wisk and pour over potatoes.  Let them cool and marinate for awhile.  Garnish with chives and serve at room temperature.  I promise that you will love them).

and grilled burgers with caramelized onions.
Went out for chores by 6:30.
There was some good light.

Your raspberries look amazing! Thanks for the "how to" - I always like to read about new/easy ways to prepare dishes!

I saved the recipe and will give it a try. It sounds delicious. We are heading back into hotter weather. It's better lat than never to find letting the boys make the decision!
