Public Provisions

Yep!  Ditto!

Have not had a blossom for awhile.

After chores I picked more apples off the ground for the horses.  They are not very big yet, but taste great.
Took a shower, fed LW and Seymour....
left for Rochester around 11.  Jenny and Scott gave me a gift certificate to Public Provisions for my birthday, and we decided this would be a good day to pick up Jenny and have her join us for lunch.
It's only about 25 minutes to Rochester.

She was ready at 11:30.

As I have mentioned before, this restaurant and the bakery in the same building are owned by our friend Carla (used to be in Pony Club with Jenny) and her husband.  Love the space.  It feels like NYC/Industrial/Hippy.

We all ordered something different and got a side of poutine to share.
Delicious.
The Public Market space was jumping today as there was a huge Veteran's Event going on.
Back home before two.  Took it easy for awhile and eventually Gary went out to top off the area he rototilled yesterday (for garlic) with many wheelbarrows of manure.

Chores around 7.  Not cooking dinner tonight.   We each indulged in an almond croissant from the Flour City Bakery.  Outstanding.  Gary also picked. up some granola and a loaf of crusty bread.

Off duty.
Night all.

I haven't poutine but have heard of it. Gary has a mustache. Quite dashing!
