Still on that sunshine roll.
This is what it looked like at 6:45am.
Rebel and Buddy are still enjoying the weather.
At 10am I drove down to the Brockport Animal Hospital as they were able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment for Seymour.
He is 15 years old and has had cancer in his right ear for over two years. I wanted to renew a prescription and couldn't get it unless I brought him in. He was checked out, had his ear cleaned and they put in something to work on a constant infection. They can put that in every two weeks....$52 each time or I can continue with a prescription he has had before. I chose the latter, and that's how I became interested in shopping through Chewy. Had just been sent a promotion with a $20 coupon so I gave it a shot. If you spend over $49 there is no shipping charge, so I ordered LWs dog food too.
After lunch I decided to make another batch of gazpacho soup, since I picked a basket of tomatoes yesterday.
Gary had a couple of appointments this afternoon so Little Wonder and I took it easy after taking a nice long shower.
I have a stomach ache after watching the news regarding the shooting in Utah. Every day! Every day!
On top of that, ICE was in Rochester yesterday after 3 men who were roofing a house and several groups were alerted that showed up and got them to leave (almost 200 people, including neighbors, clergy and politicos). Today, ICE was in our town at the Cold Storage Plant and I don't know anything except that they took paper work with names of employees (that they will probably hunt down). It has reached home. I believe they have been on the local college campus too. There is definately an alert system that is posted when ICE is in the area.
Chores before dinner tonight.
Seymour survived his visit with Dr. Leffler and was happy to be home and able to go out to the barn tonight.
Dinner was yummy. I added the leftover cauliflower casserole as there was not much left.
We pretended that the gazpacho was our salad.
Night all.
PS
Regarding your comments about high numbers and bots....
Why did it just start in the past 5 weeks?

There is no reason for the bots. They come and go and pick random things to do. If the social media had better protection against bots, there would be less.
That is good you have a treatment for the ear cancer and a quick vet appointment. Your horses look so peaceful eating grass. I am shocked and sad that Charlie Kirk was murdered, he is a hero of mine.
I was glad clergy were also in attendance standing up for human rights and I can’t imagine a politician getting on a roof and hammering shingles in to work so leave those alone who do work hard. So sad more school shooting today in CO as teachers do not have an easy job. Kathy
I’m so glad Seymour is doing ok!!
Carry on Seymour, you are indeed a battler. And such a good looking dude !!! ICE so close to you, scary days,
Political violence is never okay. I'm in Livingston county and we are working feverishly to keep ICE out of our local farm communities. I am astonished at America 2025. Cindy
