Shortly after sunrise it rained like crazy.
By the time I finished chores the sun was out and the rest of the day was gorgeous....80 degrees.
A couple guys from the town were here early to pick up the truck Gary loaded with the two pine trees that he and Scott took down. What a great service.
Gary comes out around 9 to do the water buckets and he takes out the wheel barrow. Today he removed the plexiglass windows. Of course now it's going to cool off at night.
After chores I started mowing the pastures.
I took a break and put together ham and scalloped potatoes in the crockpot....then made another one of those rhubarb cakes that is supposed to be cupcakes.
It turned out great.

Back out for round three of the mowing and did not have enough gas to finish. Just one small section left.
Gary spent a lot of time weedwacking and cleaning up around the barns.
Needless to say, Little Wonder was roasting and he does not get a haircut until June 4th. It's going to be much cooler for the next week so that will give him a break.
Dinner was delicious.
We had some good light coming into the kitchen from the other end of the house. That told me it was time to go tuck the boys in for the night. 8:30 again.
Night all.

They are beautiful critters!
That looks like such a pretty sky. We had a dump of rain this morning. I was happy to see it.
We were in the 50s yesterday and we got some rain. I sure could use Gary around here! Dinner does look good.
