Seymour woke me up so early this morning. I was going to go back to bed and instead got dressed and went out to my chair, put my feet up and turned on the heating pad.
This is how it looked at 5:30.
Out to the barn at 8 and did my new antibiotic routine. The boys were happy to go out. It was chilly at first, but eventually the sun came out and it warmed up.
Hopefully the cold weather is over and I should not need to heat the water trough anymore. Now it will be under the shed roof until November. Much easier.
I went out around 11 to wipe off Rebel's nose...he and Buddy were in the run-in so I gave them each a flake of hay. The drainage was not quite as bad....it looked like what you would see on a kid with a gunky runny nose. Very little blood now but still draining.
This was bridge day and I was down at the library at 1.
Home by 4:30 and started making dinner.....soft shelled tacos (which I have not made for a decade).
Boy were they delicious! Usually I get hard shells and this was MUCH better.
It started to pour around 6, so after we ate I put the horses in early. More antibiotics and a nose cleaning before Rebel had his grain/beet pulp/carrots.
When I don't have time for a nap I'm really tired by now.

What an eventful day. Maybe you will need two naps today.
Busy! The flower beds are beautiful. LW, cute as ever! We got more rain yesterday evening. Yippee!
