A very busy day. At least I did not get up until 6:15.
Rebel's nose was not too bad this morning, but it still needed to be cleaned.
After chores I picked up Joann and we went shopping for the spaghetti dinner. So organized it did not take more than an hour. When I got back home Little Wonder and I went out to check Rebel's nose and he did not need much cleaning.
The rhubarb is ready and Gary put the sign out today.
After lunch I decided to mow the lawn since we are going to have a lot of rain in the next few days and the grass was already long. The
Forget-Me-Nots are now in full bloom over by the Studio.
We still had plenty of daffodils so Gary could put together 9 bunches for me. At 4 I met the rest of our Spaghetti Committee down at the fire hall to drop off our food, supplies, pots, utencils and a million other things.
We just have to throw on a few more table clothes tomorrow, and then we can start cooking.
I got home a little before 6. Fortunately I had made a pot of chicken and rice soup for dinner. Topped it with some fresh lemon juice and it was delicious. Chores at 8.
Rebel's nose was in pretty good shape tonight...maybe the draining will disappear tomorrow.
Lisa is back in town for a dressage clinic at Renaissance Equestrian Center and will be with us for the weekend. We really enjoy having her here. Time for all of us to get some rest. Gary did a lot of house cleaning today. Thank you very much!
Night all.

Your guys look like they are all shed out! Mine are still hairy and shedding, but mules do that, they hang on to their coats a bit longer.
Beautiful gardens.
Gary is a trooper! I agree those gardens are beauteous! I don't know where the two of you get you energy but I wouldn't mind your sending a little bit my way.
