I sure need to get out of this rut. Our lives after January 20th.....what will happen? So many people are acting defeated. Just what T wants so he can make us all feel more vulnerable. Vegged most of the day again. The temperature was in the mid 30s and we had some light rain.
Made Naan bread pizzas for dinner. Had a little ricotta cheese leftover and plopped it on. Won't do that again. Did not melt the way I thought it would.
Tucked the boys in.....
then we had dinner.
What a slow groove.

I think Val is right. The shock of what happened is going to happen is still with us. Then the reality of it all will come fully into focus.
When I use ricotta on pizza I mix it with some pesto and use it as the sauce base. I like it that way.
