Wing Night at the Rooster

The weather was all over the place today.  This morning the temperature was 40 and it poured....went up to 57....some sunshine and after dinner more rain.

Buddy and Rebel had to eat under the shed roof and they definately needed their rain sheets on.

Daniela spent the day with Jenny.  They worked out this morning, went to lunch at Native in Rochester, and went on a run this afternoon

I took Little Wonder to the groomer at 2pm.

He was just getting finished when I went to pick him up at 3:30.

It was much warmer by then, but very grey.

Gary took a nap with Sidney on his lap....

Seymour spent some time outside.

Finally, the sun returned......

and we got a new blossom.

Chores at 5:30.  Check them out!  They must have really enjoyed their rolls in the mud.

Got them tucked in and headed back to the house.

Changed my clothes and at 6:15 we met Jenny, Scott and Daniela at the Rooster.

Daniela wanted to have wings before going back to Florida tomorrow, and they sure know how to make them!

We had Garlic Parmasean, Country Sweet, Hot and Mild.  All were delicious.

We used about 50 napkins and enjoyed every wing.

What a good time!

Daniela and Rebel

A semi busy day.  The temperature rose to about 54 degrees, more snow melted, Alice was here for Spa Day and Buddy and Rebel were naked.

After morning chores I dropped Daniela off at the college campus so she could go on a run.  Tried to get some shavings at Country Max and they were out.  Had more luck finding what I needed at Wegmans.

Picked Daniela up at 10:30.  Alice arrived at 10:45 and the boys were still eating breakfast.  At that time it was 40 degrees.

I took the boys sheets over to their barn and tried brushing some of the dirt off.

Little Wonder went with me.

Daniela joined us when Alice was finishing up with Rebel.

Alice joined us for lunch and then left to do some tutoring.  Daniela and I continued watching "The Morning Show."  Ended up making Naan bread pizzas and Jenny joined us for a quick dinner before going to a meeting.  Also thawed out some raspberries from our garden and prepared shortcake.

Because we were in a rush...ate first and then went out for chores....by then it was dark.

The color was very beautiful when I headed back to the house.
