“To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place… I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.” — Elliott Erwitt

The Apples Are Falling

A very cool start to the day.

Little Wonder always hangs with me until I have finished cleaning stalls.

Phoebe, on the other hand, ends up waiting for me on the porch.

 Class at 10:30.

Look at what's blooming. Same time as last year, almost to the day,

While the pups and I were walking around, I picked up some
of the apples and threw them in the pasture.
Rebel and the girls were delighted.

 I made a 3:30 tip to Wegmans.....

and did not get home until 5 as I spent too much time
having a great conversation with Chris W. about his music
and my music.....
Town Board meeting at 6.  Home by 8.
Gary had leek and potato soup....I had a sandwich and tested the
fresh cucumber refrigerator pickles and onions I made the other day.
Vinegar!!!!!  Delicious.
That's it.
Night all.

  1. Dinner looks yummy, apples for a tasty snack, bet they thought it was wonderful.

  2. Apples thrown in for a doesn't get any better than that if you're a horse!

  3. When my equine had a pasture in the big meadow, they had access to the wild apple trees! They loved it!
Now I have to go round some up and toss them to them. However it is a relief not to have to maintain 12 acres of that meadow any more!
