Very relieved that we did not get the 3-6 inches of snow predicted. Looking at the big pasture, we must have gotten a fair amount of rain instead.
It was quite a beautiful (but chilly) morning.
I had just enough energy left after chores to take down a rotted fence line with the help of Karen. Decided to do a little reconfiguration.
The geese were still hanging out in the back 40....hundreds of them.
Jenny and Scott stopped in late morning. The more I talked, the more I coughed. After they left I vegged. So did Sid.
The sun was still beautiful when I went out for evening chores. That fresh air seems very good for me.
Tucked the girls in...
and headed back to the house by 6:45.
Can you see the white dots in the field below? An awful lot of seagulls have been there lately.
It was in the mid 30s all day so we had a nice fire going. Now, if we could pass on anymore snow it would be appreciated.
Had some leftover spag sauce with meatballs in the freezer so I turned it into a casserole.
Very simple but delicious salad. I sliced up one of those long, seedless cucumbers and added green onions and a balsamic dressing.
Off duty.
Night all.

I guess the trick to getting better is not talking and getting fresh air! We have way too many geese too. Glad the snow passed you by and the weather gets warmer. Have a great Easter.
Spring must surely find you soon! Happy Easter
I'm so glad you're feeling better! I had to reschedule so many clients this past week who were sick. It was freezing yesterday morning! Happy Easter!
