ONE BIG ROLLER COASTER RIDE....

So this was the sunrise this morning (ala photoshop watercolor).  Within minutes it was grey and mild.

Not one of those days when I could get into taking a lot of pictures....

The temperature was over 30 by chore time and continued to climb.

I ran a couple of errands late morning and after lunch, ended up in front of the fire watching a movie that has been sitting around for a week.  One of the saddest I have ever seen....about an Akita who met his owner (Richard Gere) at the train station every night at 5pm.  One night Gere did not come home (had a heart attack while teaching at a college) and the dog kept waiting.  Everytime they took him home he would break out and get to the train station by 5.  All of the people in the vicinity watched out for him as the dog was there every night for 9 years...waiting....  It was a true story (Japan).   Of course I cried my eyes out.

Went out a 5:45 to do chores.  The snow was melting again.

The ponies were ready to eat.

This was a veggie burger/roasted potato night.
That white thing at the bottom is an apple.  Was hungry for one.

This afternoon the Dashikis arrived (for the Skoog Farm Drum Jam ensemble).
We were hoping that they would all be the same, but they are not.  Oh well.  You'll have to pardon the clothing worn underneath them...wanted the drum jam group to get the idea.
Jeff stopped by to check them out and brought his drum and some bells.
We talked Gary into jamming with us.  He caught on quickly.

Below, you can hear what we were up to.  It was fun.

Now it's time for me to go relax with my buddies.

Night all.

So cook Lori. I am learning photoshop now--doing a CD teaching method and it’s a lot of fun but oh so much to learn :) Great photo--I don’t know how to do watercolor yet.

Brrrrr, that picture looks chilly. It was the same way here. There were even a few flat flakes floating down a few minutes ago.

I love the if-you-touch-my-hay-you-die photo, and the curled up kitties with doggies. So cute!

That was quick getting the shirts...wonder why they weren't all the same. I enjoyed that movie as well.
