So Now We Are Covered With White Stuff

After chores I got ready to go down to the Community Center
for a Senior Association meeting.  No more reports for the Town Board,
I'm just there as a resident.
Currently we are working on several projects.  The quilters are having a
raffle for this one.  We have many active Seniors who provide knit hats, quilts,
sleeping bags and more to hospitals, the homeless, shelters etc.
It must be big enough for a queen size bed, and up close it is beautiful.
They also have a dress a girl group and send clothing all around the world.
On the way home, the plows were out doing their thing.  We are going
to have nasty weather throughout the night and single digit temps tomorrow.
Normally, the average is 50 degrees.
When I got back to the farm I decided to put the horses in early
and thought they were hanging out in the indoor.
Nope!  They were in the back pasture standing in the wind.

 Berlin

and Rebel had rolled and their blankets were a mess.
I put on their heavy Rambos for now and hope the mediums will dry out....eventually.

Once again, Little Wonder toughed it out with me....

Phoebe lasted for about 10 minutes.
Another new blossom today.
 Leftovers for dinner.
Night all.
I need to get out by the fire.

From a sprinkle to a deluge, however I always so enjoy seeing your home and the paddocks in white.

That's a lot of snow for early in November. We had some at the farm (about an inch) but its gone now. Then yesterday it was 65 and today its snowing again, go figure.

That's a beautiful quilt. Such a nice thing everyone does making stuff people can use. Great community.
