We had some rain last night, but ended up with a lot of sunshine.
Rebel's nose still needed some cleaning this morning, but he was acting his normal self.
Once again Buddy looked for any leftovers in Rebel's stall.
We have friends who loves rhubarb, so I picked a basket and drove it down to their house at 11.
The plants are gigantic and I took a couple smaller ones with me, as their son-in-law wants to plant them.
We left some ice cream sandwiches in the freezer at the fire hall on Saturday and I went down to pick them up....no one was there so I will get them tomorrow after bridge. Speaking of bridge, below is a pedestrian bridge being built over the Erie Canal connecting the college and the Canal path. I had only seen photos and was very impressed. It will be completed very soon.
This is a boathouse that is almost finished. It will be the home of a new rowing club that has been established here and I expect it will be used by locals, high school and college students. Who knows, maybe we will be hosting races in Brockport. It has taken many years and several grants to get to this point. It would be a perfect spot for residents to store their canoes, with easy access.
Back home and it was time to mow again.
The Studio garden was at it's peak.
Our lilac tree has just started to throw out some blossoms.
The pastures are positively luscious.
I always wonder if this red bud tree is going to make it.
I finished mowing in a little over two hours.
Dinner was simple. Mixed greens, tomatoes, peppers, pickled cucumbers and onions, chicken, cheddar cheese and croutons. Huge!!!and delicious.
Chores at 8. Rebel's nose was not too bad.
Sidney and Little Wonder were in step.
Night all.

I know I'm repeating myself but I am amazed at how community oriented your town is. How on earth does Gary manage all those flower beds? However he does it, they are simply gorgeous. It's good to know Rebel is improving everyday.
Flowers are blooming, green grass all over, your spring garden is a delight.
What a great town you live in. It sounds like they are really in touch with the world.
Your photos and gardens are so beautiful.
You sure have your hands full! Well done.
