We had a little rain last night, so 99% of the snow was gone this morning.
We may have hit 40 degrees.
Gary pulled out the rest of the carrots...
that big one weighed about 2 pounds!
After chores I grabbed a quick shower and drove to the village for a 10am
appointment with the massage therapist. No hot stones today...I was very disappointed.
However! It was well worth it.
Spent the afternoon reading and hanging out with the cats and dogs....
in front of a nice roaring fire.
The entire day remained very dull and I watched more Homeland episodes.
This down time has been a pure pleasure.
Berlin, Abbe, Maggie and Angel were more than happy to get tucked in,
as the temperature dropped quite a bit.
Tonight we had one of my favorite salads. Lots of oranges, banana, red onion, Swedish nuts
and a little feta cheese.
I made a big pot of red lentil soup that is going to last for a few days.
Delish.
Looking forward to the Sunday Jam Session at A Different Path.
I have been practicing.
Night all.

Can't believe you pulled up those carrots!
No snow yet for us in Virginia, but I'm hoping for at least one good one -- Warm here today too, I had the windows open to let some fresh air in. But by the evening, it was cold, and chili from Wegmans was on our menu! Enjoy your day tomorrow!
Ooh, we got beautiful snow yesterday, at last, but I hope rain is not following it . . . And I, too, made lentil soup yesterday! (Great minds . . . ) xx
