We Finally Hit The Jackpot!

When I went out to do chores this morning it was 36 degrees and ended up a little over 50.  Did not quite feel like that as there was a little wind, but what a great change!!!!

Below is what the driveway looked like this morning.

The dogs took a ride in the car with me as I had to pick up a couple things at Wegmans.  When I lift up the back door, Gucci always gives me this sweet look.
You'd think I would have spent more time outside today, but I guess I am still in hibernation mode.

When it was time to go out for evening chores I forgot my camera.  It started to rain a little before 5 and now the driveway looks like this.  Hopefully in the next 3 days even more snow will disappear.
Gary had a board meeting tonight out of town, so I just thawed out some corn chowder and had it with an apple and some grilled bread.  Simple.
Hope you all caught a break in the weather today.
Night all.

We have had some great temps this week, but the break is about over for us!

Love the picture of Gucci. I'm still smiling. What a face.

Glad you hit the jackpot today. We only hit 36 with plenty of rain and fog. Love your blue skies. Haven't seen one of those in a while.

Wretchedly hot here, 33 Celsius, no breeze, that snow looks like a bit of " Cool Heaven" to us right now. Gucci does look so cute, just poking though the seats. Keep smiling, your springtime should arrive soon,( I hope). Cheers to all, Jean.

All the animals look a bit happier with temps near 50. That rain is headed this way this evening. Gotta go remove snow from porch roof now.
ps LOVE peas in anything!

We are alternating between ice snow and rain ... oh and sleet today.

Nice melt down but probably should have been slower.

Nice to enjoy a warm day right?
