“To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place… I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.” — Elliott Erwitt

Sunday Stills - Bad (Arctic) Weather

Don't let the sunshine fool you.  We had several days with -20+ windchills.

To view more bad weather, click on Sunday Stills in my sidebar.

Yesterday it hit 40.  Go figure.

  1. They are great photos, and they show the cold perfectly! Supposed to be 50+ here today, but snow tomorrow--Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow, so he's right, how did he know?

  2. Lori, you captured the cold better than anyone. That header photo made me shiver.

  3. Looks terrible! We now live in the Okanagan Valley of BC with little winter, but we spent 35 years in the Great Lakes snowbelt of Ontario. I don't envy you. I don't miss it.
