The massage I had yesterday did me in, and this morning...very gimpy. Between my left hip and right knee I was a train wreck (and it's all Seymour's fault). But as all you horse people know, there is no rest for the wicked and I still had to do chores. Out I went.
Chilly, but not too bad.
It's going to take awhile for all the mud to dry up (again).
I'll never get their sheets clean if they keep up this rolling business.
Fortunately, Gary came out and helped me.
On my way back to the house I checked on the poor flowers that have nearly been blown to bits.
As soon as I got in, put on some pjs and went to bed. Used ice, a hot water bottle, and ended up taking an anti inflamatory to get things under control. Think I messed up a hamstring.
Layed low ALL day. Got up around 6:30 and was feeling considerably better. Back outside to do evening chores. The sky was beautiful. I missed the snow that fell this morning.
My girl Abbe likes to keep tabs on me.
Tucked the ponies in...
and headed back to the house about 7:15.
To think that I spent most of the day crashed!
Hopefully I'll be back in my groove tomorrow.
Night all.

I used your pink daylily cards for Easter cards - perfect!
Hope you are feeling better. Next time maybe leave the cat up there? I know, I know, I couldn't do that either...
Rest, cold packs, rest...! Hope your feeling better soon.
