Phebe arrived all packed in bubbles...
She looked regal on the day she was dedicated...
The next morning the DPW picked up all the pieces....
Jack took her to his shop and went to work.....
After many hours of hard labor, she could stand up.....
Ed took her to his body shop for priming and painting.
Eric spent many hours air brushing...
Phebe is ready to go back to the bank of the Erie Canal.
In July Phebe was dedicated, 24 hours later she was in pieces. A caring member of the community said "I want to try and put her back together." He did! She went two doors down to get painted by Ed and Eric and now....
