“To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place… I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.” — Elliott Erwitt

This was my day to prepare Chicken & Biscuits at the Senior Center (70 people).  After the chores, I took a quick shower and picked up my friend Judy on the way down. She is a fabulous cook and helped me, along with several others.  Fortunately I poached the chicken and made cranberry orange relish yesterday, as we were very busy this morning.  The hardest part was getting 4 gallons of gravy to thicken....what a pain.  Got home around 2:30 and had to get things going for dinner here.  (Check out the cranberry stains on the front of my coat). Now, I am so tired...just put the horses in, and I am outa here.
