Bridge

Another good day with sunshine.

I did a few things around the house...laundry etc.
On my way to bridge I stopped at Country Max for Grain and Tractor Supply for Beet Pulp.
It was Ann's birthday and Andrea made her a cake.  Very different.  First she made a sponge cake and cut it into cubes.  Then she added a peach mango syrup and whipped cream.  Put it in a bowl, mixed it and refrigerated it.  Popped it out of the bowl and before serving, she frosted the outside with whipped cream.  Light and delicious.
Stopped at Wegmans on my way home and ended up having a 30 minute conversation with a person I worked with when I was on the Town Board.  Had a buy one get one free coupon for a burger at Bill Gray's so I picked up two for dinner.
Chores a little early as I want to have my post done before the Buffalo Bills game that starts around 8.

Little Wonder likes keeping me company until we go out to the kitchen and get comfortable.

Night all.

That is an unusual cake. It does sound good. I finally finished the task I started after nearly a week!

Your comment about the Bills brought back so many memories. My grandfather was a huge Bills fan. All of our Thanksgiving celebrations had to be timed around when the Bills were playing!
