It never got out of the 20s today, and once again the water trough was frozen. The heater will be on during the day if it's below freezing. Fortunately, the barn is warm enough that Buddy and Rebel's buckets don't freeze. Each night they get topped off with hot water.
Once again I put hay in the front paddock and they went for it....still some left tonight.
We had turkey and gravy on toast for lunch. The end. No more.
The fire was going all afternoon and we took it easy.
Beautiful sunset.....again.
Got the boys tucked in and they were both filthy. They will definately need a spa day tomorrow.
I made a big pot of sauce.....craving it after all those turkey meals.
