Cloudy most of the day after a little rain last night.  Waiting for more.   Sandra....please send!

Alice arrived a little before 10 and we headed out to the grooming room for Spa Day.  As per usual, the boys figured it out.

Buddy is always first.

Rebel takes a snooze while he is waiting.

They were both very good and appreciative.

I was very happy for the "breaking news" this afternoon that Jimmy Kimmel is going to be back on tomorrow night.  Now, if I can just stay awake to see what he has to say.  Have been extra gimpy lately, taking it easy much of the afternoon.

Leftovers for dinner.

Chores at 6:30.  I want to be able to watch Rachel tonight.  This day offered some hope, as the people in our country stood up regarding this free speech issue.  Hopefully it will help with others as well.  DT sure blew it with his comments at the Charlie K. service.  Saying how much he hates his enemies was a mistake after so many speakers spoke about peace and working together.

All tucked in and ready to head back to the house.

Applesauce

Very cool last night, but up to 81 degrees this afternoon.

Buddy and Rebel are never together in the morning.  B is in the pasture and R looks for sunshine.

The apples are getting bigger so I picked a few and made some applesauce for dinner.

Gary made another trip down to Sara's for more daffodil bulbs and planted them this afternoon.  We only have a few hundred plants already.

We started watching a British series this afternoon.  "Adolescence." Very different.  The young man in it is an incredible actor.

Pork BBQ, mashed potatoes, peas and applesauce for dinner.

Chores at 6:30.  It sure is getting dark earlier.

The sky was still gorgeous before I came back to the house.
