So what's new?
More snow today.
Chorus at 10. We are singing some very difficult songs.
At least this one was familiar.
Out to lunch at Java, then back to the farm.
Sally and Judy coming for dinner tonight so I started getting things ready around 3.
Stuffed pork loin on the menu.
I decided to stuff it....onion, apple, apricots and craisins. Sauteed everything first
and set it aside to cool.
Stuffed and topped it with a glaze....dijon mustard, brown sugar and low sodium soy sauce.
Surrounded that with carrots and onions and baked at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
Chores at 5. Gary carries out hot water for me morning and night.
I think this is the best pork loin I have ever made...moist and the stuffing was superb.
Judy brought a delicious salad...
and I made Bazmati rice with peas.
Judy also brought a berry pie, which we served with ice cream and I forgot to take pictures.
It was snowing like crazy when they arrived and was much quieter when they left at 9.
We love getting together for these meals.
24 degrees with some very frigid weather on the way.
Night all.
Night all.

Your dinner sounds and looks so appetizing! We're getting a very pretty and blustery snow here, too. But nowhere near your accumulations.
Goodness I sometimes dislike the frigid temps. We carry water to a few places where they have heated buckets. The rest of the stock tanks are heated also.
Today it is -12 to start our morning but nearly 30ish near Saturday with freezing drizzle.
The girls look so happy and comfy eating!
They are so lucky to have you.
Your dinner looks delicious.
I wish I were as creative a cook as you.
I think I've asked you this before but I can't remember what you said. Why don't you install a heated waterer? I love ours. Stays warm enough to keep them drinking well, easy to clean and no carrying buckets.
Saint Tim would HATE that dinner :-D.
Mom is talking about missing snow. Nutty

That looks an absolutely delicious meal, Lori! Must show Ann your recipe.
P.s. She quite often still makes your 'rustic fruit pie'.
Your pork loin looks fantastic.
We have a heated water trough during the day.
Send Mom over and we will share our snow with you.
If I could get you to visit us, I would be happy to serve this for dinner!
I was very happy with it. Moist, and the stuffing was so delicious.
