Back to the zone with 3 inches of new snow and frigid temperatures.
Going to Jenny's for dinner tonight, so I made an apple pie.
Even tho the sun was out part of the time, I was happy to hang out by the fire.
Gary split wood and brought it up to the back porch.
The pie turned out beautifully.
Chores at 5:30 so I would be done in time to leave for Brockport.
Tucked the girls in and had time to spare. The sky was at it's best.
Jenny made us a fabulous meal.
We started with tomato/maz
and cheese/crackers.
She made one of her delicious salads...
Chicken and biscuits...
and mashed potatoes.
Pure comfort food.
While waiting for dessert, we checked out a couple of local papers where Gary was quoted regarding the 60 Clinton St. issue.
Now it's a wait and see game. The actions of the Town Board have me baffled.
The photo below was taken at the "Heart Bombing."
We had the apple pie for dessert and it was delish.
Ice and Buster said goodnight and we got home by 8:30.
Night all.

Looks very cold, warm food, great company, and girls all inside, I do hope the community back up those behind this project, it should not be ignored or left to deteriorate. Cheers, Jean
So Lorie I heard a rumour Spring was coming but I am not sure by the looks of that:) At least it is always warm and welcoming in your house. Take care. Hug B
The meal looks delicious. Can't believe you got more snow. We might today but who knows. It's like waiting for the other shoe to drop.
It will be interesting to see what the town does or doesn't do I guess.
That new banner photo is so spectacular! And the apple pie -- now you've done it again -- yum. But I did make applesauce yesterday . . .
