A very cold and blustery morning. 5 degrees with the wind.
Gary continued to work on the living room last night and this morning.
It's really starting to shape up and I love the color.
Put the girls in a little early. It was bitter all day long.
Gary, Jenny, Scott and I went to Rochester this evening to view our friend's one man show at the Axom Gallery. (Bill created all that funky sculpture that is all around our farm inside and out). Earlier in the week Gary helped him deliver this work so it could be set up.
He is one funky dude.
That's Bill, on the right.
Onbeknownst to me, Bill's wife Bonnie was Scott's teacher when he was in the middle school....
one of his favorites.
I love all the textures Bill uses in his pieces.
The opening was very well attended and the setting was just right.
From there, we went over to Jeffrey's near Lehigh Station Road. Gary wanted to listen to a band that plays at the Summer Serenades in Brockport.
Their name is "Third Degree."
When we were ready to leave, I grabbed a shot of the band and realized that I knew the lead singer. Mark and his band had played at a party in our barn many years ago. They were great!
When we got home, our four legged friends were sacked.
It was fun to get out of Dodge.
Night all.

Surprise!
We got about 7 inches of snow yesterday. Weather guy had said 1-2... Not!
Hope for at least the sun today.
Such whimsy in the sculptures!
