THE VIEW....

There has been a definite change in the weather....the sky looks more like winter and the horses are now wearing their heavier blankets.  Quite gusty with a few snow flakes here and there.  After chores, down to Java Junction for breakfast...poached eggs on whole wheat toast with a side of homefries and a small oj.

It looks like it's getting chilly in your part of the world, Lori ... but your horses look snug & warm ! I love the sound of the breakfast you had, too - there's nothing like a hot breakfast on a cold morning !

Hi Lori,

Brrrrrrr, Nice to see your herd looking content and bundled up, ready for whatever those clouds may bring.
I just bought Lyra a new blanket. It is rarely cold enough here to really need one, but I want my girl to be ready.

Stay cozy!
