I'm loving the cooler weather...so are all the animals.
When I woke up, the fog was down to the ground.

After chores I picked a few strawberries for breakfast.
At 11:15 I left for Batavia to meet my friend Alix (In a DC Minute) for lunch at Yume,
an Asian Bistro.
I forgot to take photos! But the lunch was great and I got all kinds of scoop about her upcoming wedding, among other things.
I took it easy when I got back to the farm.
Gary had a dinner meeting.
That afternoon sun was just gorgeous.
The house seems so bare with most of the plants out on the porch.

 French toast for dinner.

Night all.

  1. Strawberries and French Toast, two of my favorites. I'm enjoying some cooler weather too.

  2. Dear Lori, did you paint the two paintings in the living room photograph? I'd like to see close-ups of them. Peace.

  3. The fog monster was here too this morning

  4. Such a lovely lunch with you! And we actually used some of that fabulous bread for French toast for dinner too! SOOO good!!!
