Maybe Tomorrow

First of all I am walking better today.  No cane.  Pretty sure I must have strained a muscle and am at about 50%.

Not quite as cold as yesterday and it should be even better tomorrow.

We've had little spurts of snow, but there can't be more than 3 inches on the ground.

Gary left at 8:30 to pick up a friend and they met another in Batavia for breakfast.  When he got back I went to Wegmans and Aldis....mainly for some fruit.  After seeing the lasagna my friend Sandra made last night, I decided to make some pasta with meatballs for dinner (since I did not have on hand what I needed to make lasagna).
Got in a short nap before evening chores.  In just a few days it's going to start staying light longer and that will make me very happy.

Got the boys tucked in and

the temperature in the barn was almost 25.  Last night it was 20 and the same this morning.
Little Wonder snuck out without his black coat tonight.
A neighbor brought over some apples for the horses.  A nice treat to go with their carrots.

I made so much sauce I am going to freeze some for meatball sandwiches and another container for a repeat of tonight's dinner.
I sure love having the Twinkie lights on.
Night all.

PS
Barbara....how can I contact you?  I want to know more about your potato casserole.

Wishing you and your family plus Buddy and Rebel well!

Hugs!

Get yourself some flat noodles, you need lasagna!! Actually, what you made looks delicious. We will be above freezing for a few days. I don't like this because of ice forming. The weather never asked for my opinion.
