INTRODUCING BELLINI!!!
Have you ever seen a more precious puppy? He is a six year old Bolognese and was imported from Hungary. The breed has descended from Bichon stock and can be traced back to southern Italy in the 13th century. He can't weigh 3 pounds....
Until recently, he lived with his family in Rochester. When they moved to an apartment, he moved to his "grandparents" here in Brockport. Quite an adjustment for all, but he could not be more loved. Lots of visitations!!!
CONTINUING THE TOUR OF BROCKPORT....
The small brick building is one of my favorites. It is located on the street where the market is held on Sundays. The newer structure is our Public Library, and it is the model for me. Inviting and very well set up. Every year my art students hold a show here. Coming up is the 7th exhibition. The last structure is our art deco movie theatre. How many little towns can offer three movies?

TO VIEWERS OF THE SKOOG FARM JOURNAL
MORE SCENES FROM THE VILLAGE
The three shots of the tan and green victorian home will be a little nostalgic for my good friend Nancy in Virginia. She used to live there, and it is still a great example of the fine architecture in Brockport. The other two are used as student housing for college students (the State University of New York, College at Brockport is just down the street). The bigger building used to be called the Roxbury Inn, and housed a fabulous restaurant along with rooms for rent. Those were the good old days....and many would love to have it return to its' former self.
GRANDKIDS, OTHER PEOPLES KIDS AND BIG KIDS...
Went to a graduation party this afternoon...Finn and Coop da Ville were there with their father, while Mom is at a spa with her good friend Jenny. They went to Niagara on the Lake for some very special treatment. Gary is at Chautauqua with friends and you know where I am.
Spent part of the day hanging up more paintings and prints...there is very little wall space left in our house. I will have to show you some examples at another time.
MOVING RIGHT ALONG
