A different start to the day. Sara and Tim had to leave after breakfast so we ate, they packed up the truck and Bea was the first inside. Such a very sweet dog!
We had not seen these two since 2018. Way too long ago.
Sara picked a bouquet of leaves to take back to Kentucky.
Chores were a little late, but Buddy and Rebel did not seem to mind.
Alice arrived a little after 11 to go to Batavia with us for the No Kings Rally. It is our third, and by far the biggest. Others were taking place in Rochester and surrounding towns....so far all looked very peaceful. We got very few "birds" this time.
I loved all the signs.
By the time we left it had really warmed up and Gary treated us to lunch at a very nice restaurant by the fairgrounds.
I had to order one of their specials as it is seldom on menus and is one of my favorites. Sloppy Joes and a salad. REALLy good!
Gary got a big breakfast...
and Alice had a chicken parm sandwich. I would definately go back there and can't even remember the name of it. Country something.
Home by 3 and ready for a nap.
Chores at 6:15.
Night all.
PS
I am very impressed that millions of people are willing to stick their necks out and peacefully push for a return to democracy. To say that they are anti American and terrorists is so false.
