Nothing Special

We had some good sunshine and ended up at 78 degrees.  Not looking forward to the 90s in a couple of days.

The fields to the South of us got worked up today...they were ready to roll before 8am.

Gary continued working in the gardens....mostly around the onions.  I need to gather some photos that they can use when advertising the garden tour in July.  There is so much work to be done.  Once again I spent some time pulling out sticky weeds.  About 3 wheelbarrows worth.

After he got back from a meeting at the college, I made a quick trip to Wegmans.  The clouds were very dramatic.

Since I did not feel like cooking, went to Perri's Pizza with a coupon and got two of their HUGE slices.
2 for the price of one.  Cut them in half before dinner and made a quick cucumber salad.

Before chores, we took it easy.

Buddy had his (new) mask on and Rebel left his somewhere.  I washed five of them today so I have some back ups.

Night all.

I do find that funny. The mask situation. 'Left it somewhere!'
They are beautiful animals, horses. I enjoy yours vicariously.

We are really hot and humid right now. I saw this morning the east coast is in for some storms. Hope you're not in the path.

I, too, continue to enjoy the tranquil stories about Buddy and Rebel and your dinner menus! How do the boys manage to continue to lose their masks? Remember the "idiot mittens" of the 1950s that had a length of yarn connecting the mittens through the sleeves and around the back of the collar so they couldn't be lost?! Could that be adapted for the bug masks? Just thinking ...!

Hugs!
