No need for masks again. Very windy and a little rain.
Rebel is still hanging in there. Fingers crossed.
After chores I picked some apples and tomatoes. Also took down some of the cages that the tomato plants were in. Other than that...I was a bum most of the day.
I had some bratwurst and decided to make some cabbage soup for dinner. Scott came up and joined us.
Served it with Naan bread, apples and extra sharp cheddar cheese. Like that combination.
Chores a little before 7. Getting dark so much earlier....and it was still very chilly.
Got the boys tucked in....
then we had banana cream pie for dessert.

We are heating up again. The party is over for several days. I picked a bunch of green tomatoes yesterday. Today I will cut the basil and make pesto and basil cubes. Even though it's hot, the season is ending. Hoping Rebel is over his soreness.
